The Masic Dharma (monthly virtue) is an essential aspect of life according to Ayurvedic texts because it is the detoxification of the body and the healing of it due to women being so active in their regular lives. Menstruation is the period of complete rest, relaxation, and focusing on your connection with your divine self. What if these days weren’t meant to be hidden, but honored? What if the shedding and renewing was viewed as sacred? Join me for Sacred Release: Kali Practice for Menstruating Women—a live ritual of breath, sacrament, Gandhashastra application, and mantra, held in devotion to the great Goddess Kali, the one who grants the ultimate release and freedom to explore the liminal spaces in our lives. What will this workshop entail: 1. A 3 hour online class including an explanation of the unique feminine alchemy, study of Maa Kali as the sacred release and ritual guided by Siddhi Vyas. 2. Sacred menstrual practice with sacrament (espresso, whiskey, Bach flower remedy), mantra-mudra for Kali, breathwork, and scent using techniques taught by my Ayurveda and tantra teacher. 3. I love each class I've attended held and hosted by Miss Vyas and walk away feeling peace in my heart and a desire to grow closer to Devi. Siddhi does wonderfully by narrating one or few stories regarding the deity being taught or focused on and makes these stories so easy to digest for the modern person, as there can be cultural and spiritual themes that a Westerner isnt exposed to. All that to say, even with needing to look through multiple frames of understanding, with Siddhi's discourse it's simply easier to understand the theme playing out in these cosmic tales.
